UKG is seeking a Manager for Post-Live Professional Services Consulting in Pune. You will lead the Post Live Pro WFM Managed Services team, ensuring smooth delivery and strong client relationships across APAC.

You’ll manage resources, drive project profitability, and mentor staff while aligning with executive sponsors and cross‑functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and MBA desired.

This role supports the internal Executive Sponsor for assigned projects, provides leadership throughout the project life cycle, and partners with other departments.The team you will be leading will be responsible for Post Live Pro WFM Managed Services offering to our customers, globally. You will serve as the delivery lead on UKG engagements by providing oversight to the project team and maintaining impactful relationships with the project team by:Clearly understanding the portfolio of project requirements and objectives while ensuring project profitability.Drive consistency and repeatability of project delivery across the business to ensure tasks are completed on-time.Proactively manage the health of projects thru on-going quality assurance techniques, reporting, and activities.Maintain a high-level of customer satisfaction while managing customer escalations as required.Accurately forecasting project staffing needs and work closely to staff projects while maximizing overall staff utilization.Directly manage Project Management staff to inspire them to achieve their best and provide on-going career development/mentoring.Identify and implement key improvement initiatives that result in efficiencies and innovations that benefit external and internal stakeholders.Focus on Client renewals and revenue retention.Qualification:Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical Field; MBA Desired.8-12 Years of Work Experience; People Management Preferred.Ambitious Experienced Professional Services Leader with proven Skills.Strong Project Management Skills and Enterprise Software Experience.Understanding of Professional Services Operations, including Performance Benchmarks/Levers, Resource Deployment, Staff Development, and Partner Management.Business-Minded Leader with the Ability to understand Technical Situations and have an Executive-Level Presence and Credibility with Customers.Demonstrated Experience in Selling Services as part of an Enterprise Software Company.Outstanding People/Team Management and Communication SkillsCompany Overview:UKG is the Workforce Operating Platform that puts workforce understanding to work.
