Job summary

UKG in Bengaluru is seeking a senior leader to guide and mentor a team across global engagements. You will oversee project delivery, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive workforce management initiatives while traveling domestically and internationally as needed.

You will bring 10–12 years of experience, including 4+ years in management, with strong WFM/HCM expertise, exceptional communication, and a proven ability to influence customers and drive change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10–12 years of industry experience with at least 4+ years in a managerial role.
• Proven expertise in Workforce Management (WFM) and Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.
• Experience managing direct reports with technical leadership and mentoring.
• Strong understanding of professional services operations, including resource deployment and partner management.
• Analytical skills with ability to drive change and process improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and dynamic environments.
• Executive-level presence with the credibility to influence customers.
• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex customer issues and remediation plans.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through quality assurance, reporting, and follow-ups.
• Forecast staffing needs and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize resource utilization.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency.
• Provide regular reporting on productivity, performance metrics, defect analysis, and forecasting.
• Identify and implement improvement initiatives benefiting internal teams and customers.
• Anticipate risks to project success and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategy, resource allocation, and alignment.
• Participate in business planning discussions locally and internationally, including travel for meetings.

• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategy planning, resource allocation, and overall operational improvements.
