Job summary

UKG in Bangalore, India, is seeking anAssoc Mgr. Professional Services Consulting to lead and mentor a team delivering globally-dispersed projects. The role focuses on coaching, escalation management, and proactive health checks to ensure top-tier customer outcomes.

You will forecast staffing, drive process improvements, and partner with executives on strategic planning and resource optimization. Travel domestically and internationally may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10-12 years of industry experience, including 4+ years in a managerial role.
• Proven expertise in Workforce Management (WFM) and Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.
• Experience managing direct reports, including technical leadership and mentoring.
• Strong understanding of professional services operations, including resource deployment, staff development, and partner management.
