The role shapes the India operating model and aligns with UKG’s broader delivery strategy. You will drive AI-enabled delivery, governance, and value realization, partnering with Global Services, Sales, Product, and Partners to ensure predictable, high-quality outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; master’s preferred.
• Proven senior leadership in SaaS delivery, implementation services, or enterprise services.
• Demonstrated success scaling implementation teams in India and across regions.
• Strong knowledge of Human Capital Management and Workforce Management; WFM SaaS experience is highly preferred.

About the role UKG is seeking a transformational Director, WFM Implementation Services, India, to lead and scale a high-performing organization delivering complex Workforce Management SaaS solutions across global customer segments. This leader will shape the India operating model and connect it to UKG’s broader delivery strategy—advancing quality, speed, predictability, productivity, and customer experience. The role partners across Global Services, Partner Delivery, Sales, Product, Engineering, Enablement, and Support to create a seamless path from solution design through adoption and value realization. Success means more than a technical go-live. Customers should realize tangible improvements in workforce visibility, scheduling and labor efficiency, time and payroll accuracy, compliance, manager productivity, and employee experience. What you will lead Strategy and transformation — Define and execute the India WFM implementation strategy in alignment with UKG priorities. Modernize delivery through standardized methods, scalable operating models, and a bias for measurable improvement. AI-enabled delivery — Move the organization from manual to AI-assisted and increasingly AI-led execution. Apply AI and automation across requirements, configuration, testing, validation, project reporting, documentation, risk sensing, and customer communications. Customer value realization — Establish business outcomes at the start of each engagement and track progress through go-live and stabilization. Help customers achieve measurable ROI, faster adoption, labor optimization, payroll accuracy, compliance, and improved manager and employee experiences. Operational and delivery excellence — Own predictable delivery across implementation, enablement, transition to support, and post-go-live optimization. Balance speed, quality, capacity, utilization, forecast accuracy, financial performance, and employee development. People leadership and capability building — Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing India organization. Build capabilities in architecture, governance, advisory, analytics, customer outcomes, and continuous improvement while creating a culture of accountability and innovation. Global and partner collaboration — Build trusted relationships with global leaders and implementation partners. Establish governance, enablement, quality controls, escalation paths, and shared accountability for consistent customer outcomes. Change leadership — Guide teams through evolving priorities, technology advancements, AI adoption, organizational change, and new delivery models while maintaining engagement, clarity, and execution discipline. How success will be measured Customer outcomes, adoption, value realization, and satisfaction Time to value, go-live predictability, delivery quality, and risk reduction Productivity, utilization, capacity planning, forecast accuracy, and financial performance AI and automation adoption, administrative effort reduced, and repeatable work industrialized Employee engagement, capability growth, leadership depth, and partner performance What you bring Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; master’s degree preferred. 7+ years of senior leadership experience in SaaS delivery, implementation services, professional services, or enterprise services. Demonstrated success leading transformational change and scaling implementation or professional services teams in India. Strong understanding of Human Capital Management and Workforce Management; UKG WFM or comparable SaaS experience highly preferred. Experience leading complex, multi-region implementations across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments, with strong HCM/WFM domain knowledge. Proven ability to define and deliver customer value outcomes beyond implementation completion or technical go-live. Experience using AI, automation, analytics, and digital tools to improve efficiency, decision quality, and customer experience. Strong financial and operational acumen, including budgets, forecasts, utilization, capacity planning, and business performance; able to operate across cultures and time zones. Exceptional communication, influencing, coaching, and relationship-building skills, with an innovative, entrepreneurial mindset and bias toward action. Willingness and ability to travel as required and work flexibly across time zones.
