Job summary

UKG is seeking an ambitious Experienced Professional Services Leader to drive successful implementations and client partnerships across APAC. You will oversee project delivery, manage resources, and mentor teams to achieve high performance while upholding profitability and renewal goals.

As a manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional groups, maintain executive-level presence, and shape service strategies for large enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field; MBA preferred.
• 8–12 years of work experience; people management preferred.
• Strong project management and enterprise software experience.
• Outstanding people/team management and communication skills.
• Experience selling services as part of an enterprise software company.

Responsibilities

• Understand portfolio requirements and objectives while ensuring project profitability.
• Drive consistency and repeatability of project delivery to ensure on-time completion.
• Proactively manage project health with QA, reporting and activities.

Join us as Manager and you will be truly accountable for your own success within our business. Your superior communication and presentation skills alongside your knowledge of our Full Suite HCM Solution will ensure your ability to connect with our clients and associates.

As a manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting your team and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. Your responsibilities will involve overseeing resources and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently to enable a seamless implementation methodology. This role supports the internal Executive Sponsor for assigned projects, provides leadership throughout the project life cycle, and partners with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Clearly understanding the portfolio of project requirements and objectives while ensuring project profitability.
• Drive consistency and repeatability of project delivery across the business to ensure tasks are completed on-time.
• Proactively manage the health of projects thru on-going quality assurance techniques, reporting, and activities.
Maintain a high-level of customer satisfaction while managing customer escalations as required.
• Accurately forecasting project staffing needs and work closely to staff projects while maximizing overall staff utilization.
• Directly manage Project Management staff to inspire them to achieve their best and provide on-going career development/mentoring.
• Identify and implement key improvement initiatives that result in efficiencies and innovations that benefit external and internal stakeholders.
• Focus on Client renewals and revenue retention.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical Field; MBA Desired.
• 8-12 Years of Work Experience; People Management Preferred.

• Strong Project Management Skills and Enterprise Software Experience.
• Understanding of Professional Services Operations, including Performance Benchmarks/Levers, Resource Deployment, Staff Development, and Partner Management.
• Business-Minded Leader with the Ability to understand Technical Situations and have an Executive-Level Presence and Credibility with Customers.
• Demonstrated Experience in Selling Services as part of an Enterprise Software Company.
• Outstanding People/Team Management and Communication Skills
