Job summary

UKG Inc. Bengaluru (Bangalore, INKA, India) seeks an Assoc Mgr. Professional Services Consulting to lead and mentor a team delivering projects across global engagements.

You will onboard, train, and develop team members while driving productivity, scalability, and quality. You will forecast staffing needs and manage risks, ensuring excellent customer outcomes. You will collaborate with senior leaders on strategy and resource allocation, travel as needed, and contribute to continuous improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• MBA preferred.
• 10–12 years of industry experience, including 4+ years in a managerial role.
• Proven expertise in Workforce Management (WFM) and Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.
• Experience managing direct reports, including technical leadership and mentoring.
• Strong understanding of professional services operations, including resource deployment, staff development, and partner management.
• Analytical skills with a proven ability to drive change and process improvements.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team, ensuring consistent project delivery across global engagements.

• Serve as primary escalation point for complex customer issues with remediation plans.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by proactive project health management via QA, reporting, and follow-ups.
• Accurately forecast project staffing needs and coordinate with stakeholders to optimize resources.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency.
• Provide regular reporting on productivity, metrics, defect analysis, escalation causes, and forecasting.
• Identify and implement improvement initiatives to create efficiencies and innovations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Anticipate risks to project success, assess implications, implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategy, resource allocation, and overall improvements.
• Participate in local and international business planning, including travel for meetings.
