Job summary

Blue Tea in India is seeking a proactive Marketplace Associate to manage backend operations across e-commerce platforms. You will oversee product listings, maintain catalogue data, ensure accurate pricing and stock, and support efficient marketplace performance.

Responsibilities include reconciliation of payments, coordination with internal teams for order fulfilment, monitoring listings health and sales metrics, and resolving customer issues in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations.
• Strong understanding of catalogue management and backend workflows.
• Hands-on experience with seller panels of Amazon, Flipkart, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with payment reconciliation and settlement reports.
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
