Job summary

Dentsu Creative in Mumbai is seeking an Investor Relations professional with 3–4 years of IR experience to manage client relationships and scale accounts. You will interact with CFOs/IR Heads, build relationships with fund houses, and organize NDRs and analyst meetings for clients.

Education required includes MBA Finance or CFA Level 1/2/3. This is a full-time, permanent role in a dynamic agency environment within the Dentsu network.

Qualifications

• Experience with IR clients across market caps and sectors.
• Ability to engage with CFOs/IR Heads for day‑to‑day operations.

Job description

We are seeking a driven and experienced Investor Relations professional with 3 to 4 years of experience to manage and scale client relationships. Candidates with prior agency experience from firms such as CDR, SGA, Valorem, or Go Advisors are strongly preferred.

Job Description: Key responsibilities:

• Should have 3-4 years of experience in Investor Relations (Would prefer candidates from CDR, SGA, Valorem, Go Advisors)
• Should have handled IR clients independently across market caps and sectors
• Should have experience in interacting with CFOs / IR Heads for day-to-day operations
• Should have excellent relationships with Fund Houses (Large & Quasi) and Research Houses
• Should have experience of arranging Non-Deal Roadshows (NDR), Plant / Site Visits, Analyst Meets and getting investor conference opportunities for clients
• Should know how to prepare investor presentations, analytical reports, peer analysis report, industry reports, and communication materials Preparing Quarterly action plans, Undertaking quarterly results activities, annual review documents
• Should be a pure team player and self-motivated
