Job summary

Accenture seeks an experienced Pricing CPQ Associate Manager to design and implement CPQ solutions including Pricefx, driving pricing accuracy and faster quotes. You will guide development teams, align with stakeholders, and scale pricing processes across enterprise systems.

The role requires 8–12 years in pricing/CPQ with PROS CPQ certification and Graduation. Location includes Kochi and other major Indian cities; exposure to global pricing strategies is expected.

Qualifications

Job Summary

Results-driven Pricing CPQ Associate Manager with expertise in designing and implementing CPQ solutions, including Pricefx, to streamline sales processes and ensure accurate product configuration, pricing, and quoting. Collaborates closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions while providing guidance to development teams and ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems. Proven track record of improving pricing accuracy, reducing quote turnaround times, and driving revenue growth through process optimization, automation, and strategic pricing initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead Pricing/CPQ transformation initiatives, designing scalable and flexible PROS-based solutions.
• Provide functional and implementation support for Pricing and CPQ Tools solutions like PriceFx, CONGA, SFDC CPQ, Zilliant, Vendavo, SAP/Oracle Pricing, Callidus
• Oversee the end-to-end implementation of PROS Pricing/CPQ solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop detailed Technical design and architecture to implement PROS Pricing/CPQ
• Manage large-scale Pricing/CPQ implementations, providing hands‑on technical and functional guidance.
• Resolve integration challenges between various backend enterprise systems.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and optimization.
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through best practices and digital transformation in pricing and CPQ.

Professional and Technical Skills

• 2+ years of experience architecting PROS Pricing/CPQ solutions, with expertise in Product modelling, configuration, and rules (CTO and ETO) Guided selling and complex pricing models Discounting structures and approval workflows Quoting, document generation, and e‑signature processes Contracts, subscriptions, and renewals Seamless Quote-to-Order conversion
• 5+ years working with pricing and CPQ platforms
• Strong hands‑on experience in solution design and validation, including code review and script validation.
• Certification in PROS Pricing/ CPQ is a must
