You will handle policy implementation, compliance, dashboards, and cross-functional coordination to enable seamless HR operations and talent development in a fast-paced environment.

Work Experience

• 5 to 10 years of experience in Human Resources (Generalist / Business HR / HR Operations).
• Experience in BFSI, FMCG, Retail, or large-scale corporate setups preferred.
• Prior exposure to employee relations and business partnering roles is an added advantage.
• Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related fields (MBA/PGDM preferred).
• Strong understanding of HR processes, employment laws, and HR systems/tools.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, HR dashboards, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
