Job summary

alliantgroup, LP is seeking accounting professionals to support US clients from Hyderabad. You will perform end-to-end accounting tasks including GL posting, bank reconciliations, payroll accounting, depreciation calculations, and financial statement preparation. Strong communication and independence are required to excel in this role.

The position involves direct client interaction, liaison with auditors, and timely closing of books, with opportunities to develop dashboards and ad hoc analyses.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in US accounting and direct interaction with US clients.
• Hands-on experience with common accounting software like QBO, Sage, Zoho, NetSuite.
• Ability and confidence to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in at least one of the listed industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with US clients.
• Perform accounting tasks including categorization of bank and credit card transactions.
• Post transactions in GL and sub-ledger; cash applications and reconciliations.
• Handle GL, AP, AR accounting, fixed assets and inventory, payroll accounting.
• Compute depreciation and amortization; clean books and prepare trial balance.
• Prepare financial statements, financial analysis and ad hoc reports.
• Liaise with clients and auditors; close books and coordinate ISMS activities.

What you’ll be doing:

As an accounting professional, youwill be expected to:

• Coordination with ISMS core team to support ISMSactivities and implantation strategies at the company.
  

Requirements

What are we looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in US accounting (knowledge ofUS GAAP preferable) and direct interaction with US clients is a must.
