Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform business valuations including purchase price allocations.
• Compile market/guideline/comparable data for valuations.
• Value equity, debt, derivatives, and related instruments; support regulatory reporting.
• Assist with litigation arising from shareholder disputes.

Job Description

Strong communication skills,driven, and in-depth subject matter knowledge in valuations related to:

• Business Combinations / Purchase PriceAllocation
• Goodwill Impairments
• Gift and Estate Valuation
• Reviewing of 3rd party valuations
• Assembling market/guideline/comparable financialand valuation data
• Valuation of Equity, Debt, Derivatives etc.
• Litigation arising out of Shareholder disputesetc.
• Understanding of US Tax laws will be preferred.
• Financial Reporting and Regulatory complianceunder IFRS and/or US GAAP

Requirements

What you bring in:

• CFA or MBA (Finance) preferred
• Ability and interest to work on multiplehigh-value projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated proficiency in financial managementsoftware or willingness to learn
• 2-5 years' experience in business valuation field
• Ability to think laterally and analytically
• Excellent written, verbal and presentationskills
• High attention to detail and excellentanalytical skills
