Job summary

Attero is seeking a seasoned vendor management professional to own end-to-end vendor relationships and oversee workforce deployment across multiple sites in Uttar Pradesh. The role includes driving performance reviews, enforcing SLAs, onboarding vendors, and ensuring governance across transport, staffing, and billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end relationships with transport vendors and manpower agencies.
• Drive structured performance reviews; enforce SLA and contractual commitments.
• Manage vendor onboarding, operational readiness, and ongoing governance.
• Identify and resolve gaps through action plans with clear ownership and timelines.
• Manage deployment and daily productivity of 200+ pickers across locations.
• Coordinate with staffing partners for hiring, replacements, and demand-driven planning.
• Monitor attendance, absenteeism, and attrition; intervene before it impacts operations.
• Ensure headcount aligns with business demand forecasts at all times.
• Oversee availability, utilization, compliance, and performance of 150+ vehicles.
• Track fleet productivity metrics; hold transport partners accountable against targets.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure zero unplanned operational disruptions.
• Validate vendor invoices; reconcile against operational data before approval.
• Identify discrepancies and ensure 100% commercial accuracy on all claims.
• Coordinate with Finance for timely payments; maintain complete billing records.
• Drive cost control and identify optimization opportunities across partner spend.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce SOPs across all vendors and field teams.
• Conduct regular audits and compliance reviews; close deviations with accountability.
• Build governance frameworks that scale with operational growth.
• Design and run onboarding and training programs for pickers, vendors, and field teams.
• Ensure all field teams are trained on SOPs, safety, and customer handling standards.
• Track training effectiveness; iterate based on operational impact and audit findings.
• Build and maintain scorecards for all vendors and workforce partners.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs; drive corrective actions proactively.
• Recommend rewards, penalties, and restructuring based on performance data.
• Generate dashboards and insights for leadership to support planning decisions.
