Job summary

Infosys is seeking a recruiting technology specialist to optimize ATS, CRM, scheduling, assessment, referral and other recruitment platforms in Bengaluru. You will drive analytics using Power BI or Tableau and ensure seamless data flows across systems.

You will design workflow automation, RPAs, and AI-driven use cases while maintaining governance, compliance, and explainability in Responsible AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience with recruitment technology platforms (ATS/CRM) and analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Ability to design scalable recruitment workflows and automation.
• Knowledge of AI use cases in talent acquisition and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize ATS, CRM, scheduling, assessment, referral, and recruitment tech platforms.
• Design and implement workflow automation, RPA, and process improvements across sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and onboarding.
• Identify, pilot, and scale AI use cases with governance and explainability.
• Manage integrations, data quality, reporting, and analytics dashboards.
