Job summary

Saras AI Institute is seeking an experienced AI-First Talent Acquisition Leader to own the end-to-end hiring function. You will manage high-volume hiring and critical leadership roles, partnering with senior stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies and pipelines.

You will drive monthly targets, monitor TA metrics, and build scalable recruitment processes while ensuring an excellent candidate experience in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding hiring targets.
• Experience with high-volume hiring and leadership roles.
• Strong sourcing and talent-mapping capabilities across channels.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to own hiring outcomes independently.
• Familiarity with TA metrics and recruitment funnels.

We are looking for an experienced AI-First Talent Acquisition Leader to own and drive the end-to-end hiring function. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on recruitment experience, a proven track record of delivering against hiring targets, and the ability to hire across entry-level to leadership positions.This role will work closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand talent needs, build effective hiring strategies, develop strong talent pipelines, and ensure timely closure of critical positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end Talent Acquisition function, from understanding requirements to candidate onboarding.
• Drive and deliver monthly hiring targets across multiple functions and levels.
• Lead hiring across entry-level, mid-level, and leadership positions.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, recruitment consultants, and other sourcing channels.
• Manage and evaluate external recruitment consultants/agencies to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Conduct proactive market mapping and talent research for critical and niche positions.
• Monitor the recruitment funnel and continuously improve time-to-hire, profile quality, interview conversion, offer conversion, and joining ratios.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring reports and insights to leadership.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Identify gaps in the hiring process and implement solutions to improve speed, quality, and efficiency of hiring.
• Build scalable recruitment processes and contribute to the overall Talent Acquisition strategy.
• Stay updated on talent-market trends, sourcing practices, and emerging recruitment tools and technologies.

Must-Have Experience & Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding hiring targets.
• Experience managing high-volume hiring as well as critical and leadership positions.
• Strong experience hiring across entry-level to leadership roles.
• Excellent sourcing and talent-mapping capabilities across multiple channels.
• Experience managing recruitment consultants/agencies.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of hiring outcomes.
• Strong understanding of TA metrics, recruitment funnels, and hiring analytics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
