Job summary

Publicis Re:Sources in India is seeking a Software Asset Management professional to support licensing governance across Adobe, Microsoft, IBM, SAM Pro and Flexera. You will analyze software data in Excel, use SCCM/JAMF/ServiceNow tools, and collaborate with global teams to enable informed decisions.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to operate in a hybrid work model with rotational shifts across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• 1.5-3 years of experience in IT support, software licensing, or software asset management.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work in Hybrid Model and Rotational shifts to support operations across global time zones (24/7 environment).

Responsibilities

• Through understanding and knowledge of software asset management and its Lifecycle process.
• Good Knowledge and understanding of various Software products and their licensing guidelines. E.g. Adobe, Microsoft , IBM, Sam Pro, Flexeraetc
• Data analysis, particularly working with Microsoft Excel to analyse software data that can be used to drive key business decisions
• Good Communication skills required since will be interacting with people/teams across geographies
• Experience with Asset management tools , like SCCM , JAMF, SNOW etc.
• Will need to work on Service Desk Requests and in shift timings as per business needs. Working knowledge on Service Now tool is required .
• Actively assesses risk and cost take out opportunities and makes recommendations to Software Owners and Software Asset Management leadership to optimize the software asset portfolio.
• Work closely with subject matter experts, including system architects, system administrators, project and program managers, financial managers, and engineers to obtain critical information required for the management of software.
