Job summary

Publicis Re:Sources seeks a Software Asset Management (SAM) professional to support licensing for Adobe, Microsoft, IBM, SAM Pro, and Flexera. You will use data analysis, asset management tools (SCCM, JAMF, ServiceNow), and cross-functional collaboration to improve software governance and drive cost efficiency.

You will analyze inventory data, ensure adherence to licensing guidelines, and partner with global stakeholders to optimize assets and mitigate risks across a 24x7 global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT Support, Software Licensing, or Software Asset Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model and rotational shifts to support a 24x7 global environment.

Responsibilities

• Strong understanding of Software Asset Management (SAM) and the software asset lifecycle.
• Knowledge of software licensing guidelines for Adobe, Microsoft, IBM, SAM Pro, Flexera, and similar products.
• Analyze software inventory and licensing data using Microsoft Excel to support business decisions.
• Collaborate effectively with global stakeholders across different geographies.
• Work with asset management tools such as SCCM, JAMF, SNOW, and ServiceNow.
• Handle Service Desk requests and work in shifts based on business requirements.
• Identify software optimization, cost-saving, and risk mitigation opportunities.
• Partner with architects, system administrators, project managers, finance teams, and engineers to manage software assets effectively.
