Growth For Impact in Delhi seeks an experienced HR professional to align talent strategies with our mission. You will recruit, screen, and coordinate interviews, contribute to onboarding, and foster a positive, engaging work environment.

You will maintain HR records, track training, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide confidential, compassionate support to employees while collaborating on training and development initiatives.

Formación

• Master’s degree in HRM, MBA, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in HR or talent management.
• Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS (Zoho preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with HR to create job postings, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews.
• Assist onboarding to introduce new hires to mission and culture.
• Develop and coordinate programs that promote a positive work environment.
• Serve as a resource for employees, addressing questions with empathy.

ROLE

• – Collaborate with the HR team to identify and attract talent aligned with the mission; create job postings, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews.

• – Serve as a resource for employees, addressing their questions and concerns in a supportive and compassionate manner.
• – Collaborate on training programs and opportunities to help employees grow in their roles and deepen their impact on the mission.
• – Track and report on training and development initiatives.
• – Maintain HR databases and generate reports that provide insights for organizational decision‑making.
• – Ensure HR practices align with the organization’s mission and values.
• – Provide general HR support as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• – Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• – Minimum of 5 years experience in human resources or talent management.
• – Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
• – Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• – Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• – Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS software, preferably ZOHO.
