Job summary

Relaxo is seeking an Associate Head Project Management for civil construction and interior works. You will oversee conceptual planning, coordination, monitoring and controlling progress, budgets and quality, while ensuring safety compliance across diverse projects including residential, commercial, and interiors.

You will lead scope definition, cost estimation, schedules, and risk assessment, coordinating with architects and vendors to meet timelines and budget targets.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Civil Engineering (BE) with project handling experience.
• Experience in construction of high-end residential projects/5-star hotels.
• Interior execution experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all assigned projects adhere to plans and regulations and safety measures are taken.
• Liaison for project approvals with building plans, fire and environmental dept.
• Prepare scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, schedules, milestones, quality control and risk management.
• Submit MIS reports: Daily Progress, costing, operational reports, cash flows, billing, etc.

Role & responsibilities

The incumbent should ensure that all the assigned projects adhere to all plans and regulations and that safety measures are appropriately taken. Liasoning works related to complete project like building plans approval , fire & environmental deptt, etc.

• Associate Head Project management of civil construction and interior works i.e. Conceptual planning, coordination, monitoring & controlling progress, budget, and quality control.
• The types of projects vary, ranging from constructing a New Villa with Interior Activities, Project work related to Commercial buildings and Farmhouses etc.
• To prepare scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
• To prepare and submit MIS Reports-Daily Progress Report, costing reports, operational reports, budget cash flows, billing reports, etc. pertaining to project. Risk management.
• To collaborate with the Architect, Consultants, and Project Team Members to ensure timely completion of each project along with quality & allotted budget.
• To evaluate commercial bids, negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
• To manage multiple projects across residential/commercial/Interiors.
• To prepare of estimates for works & arranging contractor/labour for execution of the same.
• To raise Purchase requisition, arranging materials for smooth functioning of project. .
• To lead project delivery resources for project guidance and direction to achieve project goals.

Preferred candidate profile

• Should be Graduate (BE in Civil Engineering)
• Should have relevant experience in handling Projects.
• Experience in construction of high end Residential Projects/5star Hotels. Interior execution experience is required.
