Job summary

CRI Group in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, is seeking a Safety Leader to drive manufacturing safety improvements in Fabrication and Assembly. You will lead risk identification, HIRA, and preventive actions, and work with heads, supervisors and operators to raise safety standards.

The role focuses on achieving TRIR and LTIR benchmarks, defining critical safety policies (Work at height, Lifting, Electrical, Welding, LOTO, Contractors Management, Incident management), and ensuring all statutory

Responsibilities

• Proven track record on improving safety in Fabrication & Assembly
• Having expertise in identifying potential risk, Job safety analysis (HIRA) and implementing preventive actions
• Strong & Dynamic person to implement behavior-based safety movement
• Achieve TRIR & LTIR to the bench mark standards
• Defining & implementing critical policies such as Work at height, Lifting, Electrical, Welding, LOTO, Contractors Management & Incident management
• Spearheading safety initiatives to the Associate Heads, Supervisors and Operators and implementing it.
• Maintaining all statutory requirements up to date
• Conducting regular process walk along with Team leaders to bridge the gap in safety standards
