Qualifications

• 7–12 years of relevant EHS/Fire & Safety experience.
• Diploma/Certification in Industrial Safety (RLI/ADIS).
• NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Experience in project mobilization, execution, commissioning and plant operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the EHS Management System (ISO 45001) and safety policies.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, HIRA/JSA, and risk assessments.
• Manage Permit to Work (PTW), LOTO, and safe work practices for high-risk activities.
• Lead incident, accident, and near-miss investigations and ensure timely CAPA closure.
• Drive contractor safety management across project and operational activities.
• Ensure compliance with legal, statutory, and safety requirements.
• Manage fire safety, emergency preparedness, drills, and response plans.
• Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and leadership engagement.
• Drive initiatives to build a proactive and positive safety culture.
