Job summary

Livspace in Nagpur seeks a high-impact BD Leader to own P&L for 10–15 Business Managers, driving client satisfaction and revenue growth across the territory.

You will develop and execute the Business Managers’ success strategy, coordinate with cross‑functional teams, meet stakeholders, and build a scalable, high‑performing team to achieve targets with ownership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of work-experience in Business Development and Growth, with at least 1 year in B2C sales
• Excellent multitasking and ability to manage complex operations structures
• Strong capabilities in Sales & BD across channels
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Extremely high ownership and accountability around targets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• P&L Owner for a cohort of 10–15 Business Managers in the region
• Own client satisfaction across all projects in the territory
• Develop and execute the Business Managers success strategy for the territory
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive territory growth per demand
• Enable Business Managers to meet qualitative and quantitative targets
• Conduct regular meetings (online now, in person later) with Business Managers to address concerns
• Build and scale a high-performing team of Business Managers for sustainable business

• P&L Owner of a cohort of Business Managers (10-15) in a region/city


• Ownership to Client Satisfaction of all projects across the territory


• Developing and executing the Business Managers Success Strategy in the territory


• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure right steps to grow the respective Territory as per demand in your territory


• Enabling Business Managers to achieve their qualitative and quantitative targets


• Meeting (online/Offline in future) with Business Managers to understand & solve their concerns on a regular basis


• Build and scale a high-performing team of Business Managers responsible for a predictable and sustainable business

Qualifications/Skill-set:

• 8+ years of work-experience as Business Development and Growth; Min 1 Years in B2C Sales
