Job summary

II. JOB PURPOSE

To function as a HR Business partner and support effective functioning of the HR at the Unit. Ensure smooth HR operations and service delivery.

Talent Acquisition

• Partner with business in timely closure of replacement & budgeted positions with all mandatory documented approvals as per RACI matrix.
• On boarding Formalities.
• SRF to be shared with Talent acquisition team.

Talent Management & Engagement

• Implementation of KHUSHI survey as per company process.
• Lead engagement Initiatives as per engagement strategy / requirement of the unit & implement MHC based R&R policies at unit.
• Talent Planning.
• Talent rotation and retention process / practice.
• Plan and implementation of various engagement practice aligned with unit / MHC strategy (all employees including contractual staff).
• Leadership Connect - Institutionalize Let's Talk.

Learning and Development

• Define Training Strategy with clear linkages with unit's business priorities and requirements.
• Build Strategic Learning Plan (SLP) and get signed off from all HOD’s and Unit Head.
• Monthly LD COE as per defined governance.
• Induction - NHIP, Aarambh, Medinduct, NITP and Paathshala.
• All Quality improvement training programs (NABH, JCI etc.).
• Publish monthly Training calendar and MOS.
• Improvement in IMRB scores.
• Adherence to overall training philosophy / process / MOS.
