Job summary

CleanMax in Pune is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead to oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring timely processing of all tasks and accurate inward/outward goods flow.

You will monitor stock levels, maintain inventory records, and coordinate with logistics and procurement teams while leading a small team and enforcing safety standards at the fulfilment center. Proficiency in Excel and a hands-on approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for data entry and reporting.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Detail-oriented with good organization and problem-solving abilities.
