Job Overview

Candidate will be part of the dedicated operations team at the India's largest ecommerce company. Candidates will be performing the task related to customers E-commerce orders including various roles in the warehouse briefly mentioned below.

Job Description & Location

Fulfilment Center - Inventory management, Stacking Products in racks, Picking from racks, Processing items as per invoice, Packaging products, Dispatching Products location wise.

• Employment Type – Fixed Contract
• Contract Tenure – Variable (Renewable Short Term/Long Term)
• Job Type – Full Time

Desired Qualification

Should be basic English comprehensive.(As job role involved reading product/invoice description)

1. Senior Secondary Certification (SSC Pass) basic English comprehension

Shift Schedules

Shift Time- Day Shift – 08:30 To 18:30 Hrs; 10 hours shift with 1 hour break time (Mandatory Rotational Shift). Weekly Off- 2 Week offs (5 Day working with Rotational weekly off).

Salary and Benefits

Fix Take home salary + Conditional Incentives – (Direct Benefits)

1. Base take home salary INR- 13430 +
2. Attendance Incentive - 2450*+
3. Travel Allowance 1760*+
4. Night allowance 1150*
