Associate, Founder's Office

Founder's Office Mumbai (hybrid) Full-time

You will work directly with the founder, across everything the lab does. Winsen runs product, client engagements, and open-source work at once, and your job is to help all of it move faster and drop fewer balls: planning, operations, hiring, clients, and the dozen things that do not fit neatly in any box.

This is a high-trust, high-leverage seat for someone early in their career who wants to see the whole company at once and learn how one gets built.

Prerequisite: you are AI native. You run your own work on AI: drafting, research, analysis, ops, the lot. You will help set the standard for how an AI-native company operates.

What you will do

• Turn the founder's intent into plans, and help carry plans to shipped outcomes

• Sit close to client engagements in financial services and keep them moving
• Support hiring, finance ops, clients, and partnerships
• Step into whatever is most broken or most important that week, and fix it
