You’ll own real work, interact with leading founders and lab leaders, and contribute directly to everything we build and execute. The scope is intentionally broad — we’re looking for someone who can take ownership, adapt quickly, and solve problems independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Protect the founder’s time and independently manage responsibilities that don’t require direct founder involvement
• Reach out to top AI founders, researchers, and investors for speaking opportunities and partnerships
• Manage event operations — vendors, venues, execution planning, and attendee experience
• Handle inbox management, calendar coordination, and priority management for the founder
• Support the wider team to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery across projects
