Delhivery in Pune, Maharashtra, India, is seeking an Operations professional to manage end-to-end service delivery, supply chain efficiency, and partner retention within the driver-partner ecosystem.

You will focus on matching supply and demand while maintaining high service quality and controlling costs, tracking KPIs, and driving data-informed improvements across the delivery lifecycle.

Supply & Capacity Management: Monitor the driver-partner ecosystem, optimize supply density in high-demand areas to reduce wait times.
Performance Monitoring & Excellence: Track KPIs such as SLA Adherence, Fulfillment Rate, and Turnaround Time (TAT) and resolve process bottlenecks in the delivery lifecycle.
Vendor & Partner Management: Serve as the primary contact for fleet owners and partners, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and manage payouts and billing disputes.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Generate reports on lane performance and efficiency, using data to predict demand spikes and plan supply accordingly.

Role Purpose:

In Operations, you will manage end-to-end service delivery, supply chain efficiency, and partner retention. Your goal is to ensure that supply matches demand while maintaining high service quality and low operational costs.

Key Responsibilities:

Supply & Capacity Management: Monitor the driver-partner ecosystem, optimize supply density in high-demand areas to reduce wait times, and execute strategies for onboarding and churn reduction.
Performance Monitoring & Excellence: Track and improve KPIs such as SLA Adherence, Fulfillment Rate, and Turnaround Time (TAT). Identify and resolve process bottlenecks in the delivery lifecycle.
Vendor & Partner Management: Serve as the primary contact for fleet owners and partners, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and manage payouts and billing disputes.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Generate reports on lane performance and efficiency, using data to predict demand spikes and plan supply accordingly.
