Mahindra Logistics Ltd. is seeking a Transport Operations Coordinator in Bengaluru to manage daily employee transport services, coordinate with vendors and drivers, and monitor route adherence and performance. You will handle queries, maintain records, and support safety and compliance across the transport function.

The role requires coordinating shifts, managing emergencies, and preparing MIS reports while ensuring cost-efficient, compliant transport operations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily employee transport operations, including pick-up and drop services.
• Coordinate with transport vendors, drivers, and fleet supervisors to ensure vehicles are deployed as per schedules.
• Monitor vehicle movement, route adherence, delays, cancellations, and no-show cases.
• Handle employee transportation queries, complaints, and service-related issues promptly.
• Coordinate route planning, vehicle allocation, and shift-wise transportation requirements.
• Monitor transportation operations through GPS/transport management systems.
• Ensure adherence to company transport policies, safety procedures, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate emergency situations such as vehicle breakdowns, accidents, route deviations, or driver-related issues.
• Maintain daily transport records, including trips, vehicle details, driver information, attendance, incidents, and exceptions.
• Verify vendor invoices and supporting documents against actual trips and services provided.
• Track vehicle utilization, occupancy, cancellations, and operational performance.
• Conduct regular coordination with security, HR, facilities, and other internal teams.
• Support onboarding and briefing of transport vendors and drivers on company policies and safety standards.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports related to transport operations.
• Monitor vendor performance against agreed SLAs and escape recurring issues.
• Assist in audits, compliance checks, and transport-related documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve service quality and optimize transportation costs.
