Job summary

Delhivery in Pune, India is seeking an Operations professional to manage end-to-end service delivery, optimize supply-demand balance and reduce costs. The role focuses on delivering reliable logistics services and cost-efficient operations within a dynamic courier network.

You will monitor the driver-partner ecosystem, track KPIs like SLA Adherence and Turnaround Time (TAT), and coordinate with fleet owners to ensure safety, compliance, and smooth payouts.

Responsibilities

• Supply & Capacity Management: Monitor the driver-partner ecosystem, optimize supply density in high-demand areas to reduce wait times, and execute strategies for onboarding and churn reduction.
• Performance Monitoring & Excellence: Track and improve KPIs such as SLA Adherence, Fulfillment Rate, and Turnaround Time (TAT). Identify and resolve process bottlenecks in the delivery lifecycle.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Serve as the primary contact for fleet owners and partners, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and manage payouts and billing disputes.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Generate reports on lane performance and efficiency, using data to predict demand spikes and plan supply accordingly.
