Job summary

Masters Union is seeking an experienced and highly organized Event Operations Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and operational management of events for Tetr. The role requires hands-on coordination with clients, vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders to deliver seamless event experiences.

You will develop timelines and budgets, manage logistics from setup to on-site operations, conduct post-event evaluations, and lead a small team of event coordinators.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, brand activations, and other special events.
• Develop event timelines, budgets, and operational plans.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
• Manage event logistics including venue setup, transportation, accommodation, registration, and on-site operations.
• Conduct pre-event inspections and post-event evaluations.
• Ensure all events are delivered within budget and according to client expectations.
• Overseeing day-to-day operational activities related to event execution.
• Develop and implement operational processes, SOPs, and quality control measures.
• Monitor resource allocation, inventory management, and procurement activities.
• Managing vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely service delivery.
