Job summary

Tetr College of Business in India is seeking an experienced International University Partnership Manager to lead and develop strategic partnerships with universities and higher education institutions across international markets.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in international university partnerships, institutional relations, and business development, with a proven track record of negotiation, MoU execution, and driving student mobility and academic collaborations. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Education, Management, or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in international university partnerships, institutional relations, business development, or international education.
• Proven experience in establishing and managing international university tie-ups and institutional partnerships.
• Strong understanding of the global higher education ecosystem and international university partnership models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with international universities, colleges, and higher education institutions.
• Identify and evaluate potential university partners across key international markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with university leadership, international offices, deans, directors, and other key stakeholders.
• Lead the complete partnership lifecycle, including prospecting, outreach, negotiations, MoUs, onboarding, implementation, and relationship management.
• Drive international university tie-ups for academic collaborations, student exchange, pathway programs, articulation agreements, study-abroad opportunities, and other institutional initiatives.
• Coordinate internally with academic, admissions, marketing, operations, and leadership teams to ensure smooth execution of partnerships.
• Monitor partnership performance, engagement, and outcomes and identify opportunities for expansion.
• Travel internationally, when required, for university visits, conferences, partnership meetings, and institutional engagements.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced International University Partnership Manager to lead and develop strategic partnerships with universities and higher education institutions across international markets. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in international university tie-ups, partnership development, institutional relations, and student mobility/academic collaborations. The role will involve identifying potential university partners, establishing relationships with senior stakeholders, negotiating partnership agreements, and managing partnerships from initial discussions through successful execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with international universities, colleges, and higher education institutions.
• Identify and evaluate potential university partners across key international markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with university leadership, international offices, deans, directors, and other key stakeholders.
• Lead the complete partnership lifecycle, including prospecting, outreach, negotiations, MoUs, onboarding, implementation, and relationship management.
• Drive international university tie-ups for academic collaborations, student exchange, pathway programs, articulation agreements, study-abroad opportunities, and other institutional initiatives.
• Conduct meetings and presentations with international university representatives to understand their requirements and identify areas of mutual collaboration.
• Negotiate commercial and strategic terms while ensuring partnerships align with organizational objectives.
• Coordinate internally with academic, admissions, marketing, operations, and leadership teams to ensure smooth execution of partnerships.
• Monitor partnership performance, engagement, and outcomes and identify opportunities for expansion.
• Represent the organization at international education conferences, university visits, exhibitions, and networking events.
• Develop market intelligence on international higher education trends, competitor partnerships, and emerging opportunities.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective international university partners and provide regular reports on partnership progress.
• Travel internationally, when required, for university visits, conferences, partnership meetings, and institutional engagements.
