RTX India Private Limited in Bengaluru is seeking an Associate Engineer – Data Analytics to collect, validate, and standardize data across systems, and to develop dashboards for leadership reviews. You will collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to deliver insights and support process improvements.

The role emphasizes Power BI/Tableau dashboards, MS tools, and exposure to Lean/Six Sigma methodologies in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience.
• Basic data analytics and data visualization knowledge.
• Exposure to Microsoft tools and/or Tableau through projects or internships.
• Familiarity with AI tools and interest in applying them to processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

• Basic understanding of data analytics and data visualization concepts.
• Exposure to Microsoft tools and/or Tableau through academic projects, internships, certifications, or professional experience.
• Familiarity with AI tools and an interest in applying them to engineering and business processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to learn, collaborate, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Internship or project experience involving data analytics, business intelligence, or process improvement.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and Python for data analysis.
• Experience creating dashboards, KPIs, and automated reports.
• Exposure to manufacturing, engineering, or operations data.
• Relevant certifications in Power BI, Tableau, AI, Data Analytics, or Microsoft technologies.
• Self-motivated individual with a continuous learning mindset and curiosity for emerging technologies.
