Job summary

Uneecops is seeking a Senior Tableau Consultant to drive BI development using Tableau with strong dashboarding skills. You will design, develop, and deliver BI dashboards while coordinating with executives to capture KPIs and requirements.

The role requires leadership abilities, excellent communication, and hands-on work with SQL and data warehousing concepts. A collaboration-focused, offshore-enabled environment is anticipated.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Tableau development with strong dashboarding experience.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills; able to handle stakeholders and drive dashboard initiatives.
• Proven technical leadership with strong delivery capabilities.
• Experience coordinating with offshore teams and defining KPIs for visualizations.
• Strong knowledge of databases and SQL (mandatory).
• Experience with other BI tools (Power BI preferred).
• Experience with data warehousing and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead dashboard design, development, and delivery of BI services using Tableau ecosystem.

• Plan, design, estimate, and coordinate dashboards with offshore teams.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILES:

We are looking for a Senior Tableau Consultant who will drive the development in BI domain using Tableau eco-system with deep technical and BI ecosystem knowledge. The resource will be responsible for the dashboard design, development, and delivery of BI services using Tableau eco-system.

• 5+ years of experience in Tableau development with Strong Dashboarding experience.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, & interpersonal skills and should be able to handle stakeholders and drive the dashboarding initiative.
• Proven experience in technical leadership with good technical delivery skills.
• Producing support documentation and keeping existing documentation up to date.
• Proven experience in coordination with Business executives to identify requirements, KPIs and produce visualizations.
• Proven experience in planning, design, estimation, coordination with offshore, reviews, building, and implementation of dashboards.
• Define best practices during implementation and integration of Tableau Platform.
• Strong Knowledge of databases, SQL (mandatory)
• Experience with other BI tools (Business Objects or Power BI is preferred).
• Solid RDMS experience and data modeling and advanced querying skills.
• Experience working with a data warehouse and/or analytics team.
• Good to have working knowledge of Tableau administration/architecture.
• Strong ability to extract information by questioning, active listening, and interviewing.

PRIMARY SKILLS

• Business Intelligence Domain Knowledge is compulsory.
• Hands on experience required on Tableau & preparing Dashboards.
• Knowledge of Power BI.
• Knowledge of Data warehousing (optional).
• Compulsory knowledge on Tableau.
