SolarSquare Energy Private Limited is seeking an Associate Director - Operations to oversee regional performance, drive installation targets, and optimize delivery across a defined region. You will lead teams and partner networks to ensure quality, safety, and timely execution of rooftop solar solutions.

As AVP – Operations will collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Product teams to implement process improvements, standardize practices, and scale regional operations.

Formación

• Experience leading regional operations across multiple sites.
• Strong ability to drive KPIs, OKRs, and process improvements.
• Proven track record in vendor network management and escalation handling.

As Associate Director - Operations, you will own operational performance across a defined region/cluster, working closely with the AVP Operations to translate business priorities into high-quality, predictable execution. You will lead teams and vendor networks while driving Installation, Commissioning, TAT, Quality, Safety and Customer NPS.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business & Operational Performance

• Own regional Installation and Commissioning targets and ensure timely achievement.
• Drive monthly and quarterly business plans, supported by daily performance reviews.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective and recovery actions.
• Track operational performance through data, dashboards, and key metrics.
• Lead and develop city-level and cluster operations teams.
• Build a strong second line of leadership through coaching and mentoring.
• Define clear OKRs, establish accountability, and drive team performance.
• Build high-performing teams with a focus on capability development and retention.

3. Operational Excellence

• Standardize operating processes across the assigned region.
• Improve productivity, process adherence, and execution efficiency.
• Leverage technology and data to improve operational planning and execution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across regional operations.

4. Customer Experience, Quality & Safety

• Ensure installation quality, safety compliance, and adherence to TAT.
• Improve Customer NPS and proactively manage customer escalations.
• Identify quality and service gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction throughout the installation journey.
• Manage installation partners and ensure adequate workforce and operational capacity.
• Monitor vendor productivity, installation quality, and TAT adherence.
• Drive vendor performance improvement and accountability.
• Build a reliable vendor network to support regional business growth.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Experience, Quality, Finance, and Product teams.
• Resolve cross-functional bottlenecks affecting operational execution.
• Support the AVP – Operations in scaling regional operations.
• Implement company-wide operational initiatives and process improvements.
