You will steer marketplace governance, optimize catalog throughput, and drive partnerships with external vendors and internal teams to enhance the customer experience.

Associate Director – Marketplace

With 8–15 years of experience, you will play a strategic role in overseeing and executing marketplace initiatives within the organization. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business growth, expanding market presence, and enhancing the overall marketplace experience for customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Core Operational Governance and Excellence
• End-to-End Quality Governance: Architect, monitor, and elevate quality benchmarks across the marketplace to ensure an unparalleled customer experience.
• Catalog and Production Efficiency: Streamline and optimize catalog listing efficiency and overall production workflows, drastically reducing time to market for new products.
• Seller Ecosystem Empowerment: Own the lifecycle of seller support services and continuous training, transforming our seller base into a highly efficient, self-sustaining network.
• Strategic Stakeholder Management
• Cross-Functional Bridge: Serve as the primary authoritative liaison between external vendors and sellers, and internal leadership across the Business, Product, and Technology teams.
• Collaboration and Influence: Align diverse cross-functional stakeholders to drive product enhancements, remove operational bottlenecks, and execute large-scale strategic initiatives.

• Proven Impact: A seasoned operations professional with a track record of scaling operations in e-commerce marketplace ecosystems or high-growth supply chain environments.
