Job summary

Nuveen is seeking an experienced Cyber IAM Ops Manager to lead the IAM service delivery team in Pune. The role focuses on enforcing security policies, coordinating day-to-day objectives, and ensuring adherence to organizational security procedures.

The candidate will drive IAM strategic initiatives, handle escalations, and collaborate on workforce planning, onboarding, and training initiatives to strengthen the IAM function.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) principles.
• Experience leading security operations and IAM projects.
• Ability to set day-to-day objectives and guide a team to meet KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Leads IAM service delivery and ensures KPIs/KRAs are met.
• Executes IAM strategic initiatives with the team.
• Supports IAM Operations during issues and escalations.
• Provides guidance and technical interventions to resolve issues.
• Assists with interview, workforce planning, onboarding and training.

Cyber IAM Ops Manager - IN

The Cyber IAM Operations Manager supervises a team responsible for identity and access management (IAM) system. This job ensures the team adheres to the requirements of the Organizational Security Policy. This job sets day-to-day operational objectives for team members and ensures that policies and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Works as IAM Service delivery lead and ensures that functional key performance indicators and key result areas are met.
• Executes IAM strategic initiatives with help of team and contributes towards other plans.
• Pitches in for IAM Operations team during issues and escalations.
• Provides instant guidance and technical interventions to resolve ambiguous and conflicting situations.
• Helps with interview, workforce planning, onboarding and new hire functional training.
• Helps with record keeping, functional reporting and performance feedback on team members.
