- 10–15 years of progressive experience in software engineering and technology leadership.
Looking for high-impact Associate CTO to partner with the CTO in driving technology strategy, execution excellence, and engineering leadership across large-scale, mission- critical systems.
- Partner with the CTO to define and execute the technology roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Drive architecture decisions for scalable, secure, and high-availability systems
- Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies (Cloud, AI/ML, Data Platforms, Automation)
- Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary engineering teams (backend, frontend, data, infra)
- Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of complex programs and platforms
- Establish and enforce engineering best practices (SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, code quality)
- Oversee cloud and on-prem infrastructure strategy (AWS / Azure / GCP preferred)
- Ensure performance, resilience, observability, and cost optimization
- Drive automation across deployments, monitoring, and operations
- Embed security-by-design across systems (IAM, data protection, audits)
- Ensure compliance with enterprise and regulatory requirements
- Own reliability metrics: uptime, latency, incident response, RCA processes
- Act as a technology advisor to business and delivery stakeholders
- Translate business needs into technical execution plans
- Support pre-sales, technical reviews, and customer discussions when required
- Strong grounding in system architecture, distributed systems, and APIs
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Deep understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, containerization, and microservices
- Exposure to AI/ML platforms, data pipelines, or automation systems is a strong plus
- Strong people leadership and mentoring skills
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, multi-project environments
- Excellent communication and decision-making ability

- Experience working with government, utilities, infrastructure, or large enterprise clients
