• Act as a key technical person to the CTO and Product leaders, translating business goals into technical roadmaps.
• Set the standard for code quality, documentation, and system design patterns across the entire organization.
• Facilitate the Architecture Review Board to ensure consistency and minimize technical debt across distributed teams.
• Evaluate emerging technologies like AI and run PoCs to determine their business value.
• Coach and grow our Principal and Staff engineers, fostering a culture of high-performance and intellectual curiosity.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 8+ years in software engineering with a proven track record of leading architectural decisions for high-traffic, enterprise-scale applications.
• Deep mastery of Java Microservices Architecture, Front End Technologies like React, Next.js, AWS, MongoDB.
• Expert knowledge of distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and database design (SQL & NoSQL).
• Ability to influence and communicate complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
