Associate Chief of Staff - Talent Acquisition (Fresh Graduate)

Location: Gurugram (On-Site)

Shift Timing: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM IST

About the Role

We are looking for a highly ambitious, people-oriented, and execution-focused Associate Chief of Staff - Talent Acquisition to work closely with the Chief of Staff, Talent Leadership, and Hiring Managers to help build world-class teams.

This role is ideal for exceptional fresh graduates who are interested in recruiting, talent strategy, employer branding, people operations, and business leadership. You will gain exposure to executive hiring, talent intelligence, workforce planning, and hiring strategy while partnering directly with leadership on critical hiring initiatives.

This is not a traditional recruiter role. We are looking for future talent leaders who can think strategically while executing with speed and precision.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Source and identify high-potential candidates across LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Screen resumes and evaluate candidate fit against role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
• Conduct competitor talent mapping and compensation benchmarking.
• Research target companies and identify top talent pools.
• Analyze hiring trends, market dynamics, and talent availability.
• Prepare hiring insights and recruitment dashboards for leadership.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring objectives.
• Coordinate interview feedback and hiring decisions.
• Drive timely communication between candidates and internal stakeholders.

Recruiting Operations

• Track recruitment metrics and hiring pipeline performance.
• Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruiting databases.
• Assist in process automation and recruitment workflow improvements.

Employer Branding

• Support LinkedIn branding and talent outreach initiatives.
• Contribute to recruitment campaigns and campus engagement programs.

Special Projects

• Work directly with Chief of Staff and leadership on strategic recruiting initiatives.
• Support executive search projects and leadership hiring.
• Assist in workforce planning and organizational growth initiatives.

Ideal Candidate

Education

• Recent graduate (0-2 years experience).
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, or related disciplines.
• Preferred institutions include SRCC, SSCBS, LSR, St. Xavier's, Ashoka University, NMIMS, Christ University, Delhi University, and other leading institutions.
