Job summary

SoftwareOne Deutschland GmbH is seeking an Associate Consultant – Microsoft 365 to help customers optimize and troubleshoot their Microsoft 365 environments. You will work with Intune, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams while delivering high-quality service and technical guidance.

You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve complex issues, share knowledge, and contribute to continuous improvement within the Microsoft 365 support practice.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments including admin, troubleshooting and operational support.
• Knowledge of Intune, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
• Understanding of security, compliance and identity within Microsoft 365.
• Proficiency with PowerShell for administration and automation.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.

As an Associate Consultant, you will work closely with customers and internal teams to support and optimize Microsoft 365 environments. Acting as a trusted technical advisor, you will troubleshoot complex issues, provide guidance across Microsoft 365 workloads, and contribute to customer success through proactive support, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigating and resolving complex Microsoft 365 support incidents, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Supporting customers across Microsoft 365 workloads including Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
• Collaborating with colleagues, customers, and Microsoft Support to resolve technical issues and drive timely outcomes.
• Providing technical guidance and knowledge sharing within the team, supporting the growth and development of junior consultants.
• Contributing to automation, process improvement, and operational excellence initiatives across the Microsoft 365 support practice.
• Building expertise across Microsoft 365 technologies, security, compliance, and modern workplace solutions through continuous learning and development.

What we need to see from you

• Strong experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments, including administration, troubleshooting, and operational support.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Management, Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, identity, and endpoint management best practices.
• Experience using PowerShell for administration, automation, and troubleshooting activities.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous learning.
