Job summary

SoftwareOne is seeking an Associate Consultant - Azure & Microsoft 365 Support to join a global cloud team in Gurugram. You will manage incidents and service requests across Azure and Microsoft 365, becoming a trusted technical advisor for customers.

You\'ll collaborate with engineers and support colleagues, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure adherence to ITIL processes and SLAs while mentoring juniors.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting and administering Azure and Microsoft 365 in a customer-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Hands-on Azure experience with Monitoring, Log Analytics, Backup, and Networking.
• Understanding IAM, authentication, cloud security, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, and core infrastructure technologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers on Azure-related issues and requests.

• Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives, technical documentation, and continuous service improvement activities.
• Coach and mentor junior team members by sharing best practices and technical knowledge.
• Ensure all activities are delivered in accordance with established ITIL processes and customer SLAs.

Job Requirements

• Experience supporting and administering Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments in a customer-facing technical role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Hands-on experience supporting Azure services including Monitoring, Log Analytics, Backup, and Networking.
• Understanding of identity and access management, authentication, cloud security, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server administration, and core infrastructure technologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative global team.
