Job summary

Huron Consulting Group Inc. is seeking a Workday Functional Analyst in India to implement and optimize Workday solutions for clients. You will support HR analytics projects, collaborate on HR compliance, and contribute to performance management and learning initiatives focused on digital skills.

The role involves working on HRMS processes and supporting related systems. The ideal candidate has an MBA in HR with 60%+ averages, up to two years' education gap, and strong Excel/Access skills.

Qualifications

• MBA HR graduates in 2025 or 2026 passout MBA in HR, with no backlogs.
• Consistent academic record of 60% or CGPA 60% in all levels (X, XII, Diploma, UG and PG).
• Maximum of 2 years gap in education, no dead or active backlogs.
• At joining, minimum 60% aggregate in graduation with no arrears or backlogs.
• Candidates waiting for re-evaluation results will be considered with initial results score.
• Analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and Access for data insights.
• Foundational knowledge of HRMS processes and best practices is an advantage.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to technology-driven HR practices.
