Huron Consulting Group Inc. is seeking an Associate Consultant-CHRO to join our hybrid team in Bangalore. The role requires hands-on Power BI experience, dashboard development, and ETL expertise with SSIS/SSRS. A strong data modeling background and end-to-end deployment know‑how are essential.

Ideal candidates hold a B.Tech or MCA with at least 2 years of experience, and can work across on-premise and cloud environments. This is a full-time hybrid position based in Bangalore, Outer Ring Road.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands on experience on Power BI.
• BD/BE or MCA with relevant field/experience is required.
• Experience with end-to-end setup for on-premise and cloud deployment of Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Perform data modelling, calculations, and data refresh scheduling in Power BI Desktop.
• Create and optimize SSIS ETL packages for data extraction and transformation.
• Generate reports using SSRS and manage schedule for reports.
