You will provide module leadership across Talent, Performance, and Learning Workday streams, coach consultants, and ensure delivery quality, timelines, and client outcomes. 7–10 years Workday HCM experience and mandatory Workday certifications are required.

As a Workday Associate Manager, Talent, Performance, and Learning, you will provide module leadership, solution direction, and delivery oversight across Workday Talent, Performance, and Learning workstreams. You will guide client conversations, translate business priorities into scalable Workday solutions, manage project workstreams, coach consultants, and partner with client leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. This role is designed for professionals with strong functional depth, delivery ownership, and the ability to lead teams through complex implementation, optimization, and support initiatives.

Requirements:

• Lead Workday Talent, Performance, and Learning workstreams across implementation, optimization, and support engagements, with accountability for solution quality, delivery timelines, risks, dependencies, and client outcomes.
• Provide functional leadership for Workday Talent and Performance, including employee reviews, calibrations, goal management, talent reviews, succession planning, career development, and related business processes.
• Provide functional leadership for Workday Learning, including learning content, campaigns, programs, curricula, enrollment management, learning assignments, compliance training, and reporting considerations.
• Talent & Performance certification and Learning certification are mandatory.
• Bring 7–10 years of relevant experience in Workday HCM, with demonstrated expertise in implementing, configuring, enhancing, and supporting Talent, Performance, and Learning solutions.
• Lead design workshops and advise clients on leading practices, process simplification, future-state design, and Workday configuration decisions across Talent, Performance, and Learning.
• Own functional solution decisions within the workstream, drive alignment with Human Resources, Learning, Technology, and Program Leadership stakeholders, and accelerate key decisions or risks as appropriate.
• Review and guide configuration, business process design, security considerations, reporting needs, integrations touchpoints, and testing approaches related to Talent, Performance, and Learning.
• Manage and mentor consultants and senior consultants by providing work direction, quality review, coaching, and support throughout project delivery.
• Partner with cross-functional Workday teams to address dependencies with Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Absence, Security, Integrations, Reporting, and Change Management.
• Establish and oversee test scenarios, use cases, defect triage, deployment readiness, and post-production support activities to ensure stable and successful solution delivery.
• Develop executive-ready status updates, recommendations, decision materials, and client presentations that clearly communicate risks, options, trade-offs, and next steps.
• Support change management, communication, training, and adoption planning for Talent, Performance, and Learning processes.

Preferences:

• 7–10 years of experience in Workday HCM delivery, with strong functional depth in Talent, Performance, and Learning.
• Mandatory Workday Talent & Performance certification and Workday Learning certification.
• Experience delivering multiple Workday Talent, Performance, and/or Learning implementations, enhancements, or optimization initiatives across key project phases.
• Strong understanding of Talent and Performance processes, including employee reviews, calibrations, goals, succession planning, talent reviews, development planning, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of Learning processes, including learning administration, content setup, campaigns, programs, assignments, enrollments, compliance learning, and learner experience.
• Ability to lead client workshops, facilitate decision-making, manage stakeholder expectations, and translate business requirements into practical Workday solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage workstream scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, deliverables, and quality across complex engagements.
• Experience mentoring and reviewing the work of team members, including consultants and senior consultants.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear client-facing deliverables, recommendations, and executive updates.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and organizational skills, with the ability to operate effectively across cross-functional Workday and client teams.
