Job summary

SoftwareOne Deutschland GmbH is seeking an Associate Consultant with a passion for Azure technologies to help customers solve complex cloud challenges and deliver exceptional service experiences. You will join a collaborative team focused on Microsoft Azure services and cloud solutions.

You will troubleshoot incidents, coordinate resolutions, and support customers through their cloud journey while expanding your expertise in Azure networking, data services, and security in a global, fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience supporting and managing Microsoft Azure environments and cloud infrastructure services.
• Knowledge of Azure services including networking, virtual machines, Kubernetes, monitoring, backup, recovery, and cloud operations.
• Familiarity with modern Azure data and analytics technologies such as Azure Synapse, Data Factory, Databricks, or related platforms.
• Understanding of cloud security, networking concepts, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for learning, problem-solving, and working within multicultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the primary point of contact for customers regarding Microsoft Azure-related incidents, service requests, and technical issues.
• Investigating and resolving cloud infrastructure, networking, and platform-related challenges using advanced troubleshooting techniques.
• Collaborating with consultants, engineers, and support teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
• Driving customer communications during critical incidents and providing regular updates throughout the resolution process.
• Contributing to knowledge sharing, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives across the team.
