Job summary

SoftwareOne is seeking an Associate Consultant in India to join a world-class DevOps team. You will act as a single point of contact for Azure-related issues, learn new technologies, and apply advanced troubleshooting to deliver tailored solutions for customers.

You will drive communications during critical events and mentor junior colleagues, while coordinating with teams to resolve incidents under Premier Support.

Qualifications

• More than 3-4 years of relevant experience in managing and coordinating Azure services, Azure Networking, Azure IAAS, AKS.
• Experience in implementing and supporting Azure infra services such as Log Analytics, Monitoring Services, Cloud Backup Services, and Site Recovery Services.
• Fundamental experience with Azure cognitive services (ML, AI, etc), Azure DevOps, and Azure Data & Databases.
• Knowledge in handling the network related issues in Azure.
• Experience in Azure SQL DB and migration would be an added advantage.
• Good to have additional hands on experience around Azure services such as Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Databricks.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English (C1 level required).
• Proven experience and desire to work in a multicultural team.

• Coach and mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge in resolving complex cases.
• Raise incident tickets with Microsoft under our Premier Support arrangement with the approval of the Team Lead.
