Job summary

Finbyz tech Pvt Ltd is seeking an aspiring ERPNext consultant with 0.5–2 years of experience to assist senior consultants in client sessions, map workflows, and support end-to-end ERPNext implementations. • Education: MBA, CA Inter, M.Com, B.Com, BBA, or a Bachelors degree in IT/Computer Applications or related field.
• Experience: 0.5 to 2 years in ERPNext implementation, accounting software, business analysis, or core ops/accounting; strong freshers with domain knowledge may apply.
• Domain Knowledge: Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, basic Manufacturing processes.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with ERPNext or other ERP systems; MS Excel/Google Sheets for data migration and reporting.
• Soft Skills: Eagerness to learn, analytical mindset, structured problem-solving, clear communication.
• Customer Focus: High service orientation, client query handling, task follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior consultants in client discovery sessions to understand business needs and map existing workflows.
• Support business process mapping, requirements gathering, and initial GAP analysis.
• Prepare clear process flows, BRDs, and user manuals.
• Configure standard ERPNext modules, set up masters, and handle data migrations/imports.
• Conduct rigorous User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate system workflows before go-live.
• Deliver end-user training sessions and provide first-level post-implementation support to clients.
• Coordinate with the technical development team to test and verify custom features, reports, and scripts.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day functional queries and help clients adopt ERP best practices.
• Continuously learn new ERPNext modules, features, and business domain workflows under senior guidance.
