Job summary

EAZY Business Solutions in Bengaluru seeks an experienced ERP Finance Consultant to lead implementation and configuration of financial modules, translate business needs into system processes, and ensure seamless integration with procurement, inventory and sales.

You will analyze current financial processes, drive improvements, ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance, and work closely with finance, IT and leadership to deliver reliable ERP solutions. Training and post‑go live support are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Hands-on ERP experience with at least one ERP system (SAP FI/CO, Oracle Financials, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, NetSuite, etc.).
• Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles and reporting standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot ERP-related finance issues.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• ERP Implementation & Configuration: gather requirements and translate into ERP financial processes.
• Configure and customize financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Costing, Budgeting).
• Ensure integration with Procurement, Inventory, Sales modules.
• Analyze and optimize financial processes; recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS).
• Align ERP functionalities with business goals.
• Collaborate with finance, IT and leadership; bridge between teams.
• Data Migration: assist in migrating data from legacy systems to ERP.
• Develop financial reports and dashboards; validate data accuracy.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for financial modules.
• Train end-users on ERP functionalities and best practices.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
• Ensure ERP processes comply with tax regulations, SOX; implement controls.

Role And Responsibilities

• ERP Implementation & Configuration:

• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work closely with finance teams, IT, and leadership to deliver ERP solutions.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and end-users.
• Data Migration & Reporting:
• Assist in data migration from legacy systems to ERP.
• Develop financial reports and dashboards.
• Validate data accuracy and ensure audit compliance.
• Testing & Training:
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for financial modules.
• Train end-users on ERP functionalities and best practices.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
• Compliance & Risk Management:
• Ensure ERP financial processes adhere to tax regulations, SOX, and other legal requirements.
• Implement internal controls and security measures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• ERP Expertise: Hands-on experience in at least one ERP system (SAP FI/CO, Oracle Financials, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, NetSuite, etc.).
