Job summary

Gallagher in India is seeking an Associate to join the Claims Reporting team. The role focuses on learning and gaining proficiency in assigned processes, completing required certifications, and delivering high-quality operational support within a collaborative Shared Services environment.

The ideal candidate will bring graduate education, basic insurance knowledge, good communication, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude to contribute to client service excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum Required Degree: Graduate
• Customer Service – Insurance domain knowledge is a plus
• Experience in Insurance is beneficial
• Good academic record (50% or above)

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong communication (verbal, written, email) with stakeholders
• Support Claims Reporting processes with accuracy and quality
• Collaborate effectively within the Shared Services team
• Maintain positive attitude and work both in team and independently

Overview

The Gallagher Center of Excellence is on the lookout for Associate to join our esteemed Claims team. As an associate – Claims Reporting, the associate will be responsible for learning and gaining proficiency in assigned processes, successfully completing required certifications, and delivering high-quality operational support. This role requires a strong commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and effective collaboration within the Shared Services team.
